You retain ownership of the content and contact data you create or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and send email on your behalf.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the service stops; you can export your data for a limited period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
